Community Activities National Weather Service gives classes The Tyler Amateur Radio Club (TARC) and the East Texas Emergency Communication Service (ETECS) will host a National Weather Service (NWS) spotter training session on their Skywarn program. Basic and advance spotter classes will be given at the session beginning promptly at 6 p.m. and concluding at 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, at Shiloh Road Church of Christ.
