Cathey, Smith announce engagement

Brandon Lee Smith and Jennifer Nicole Cathey

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cathey of Flint announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Nicole Cathey, to Brandon Lee Smith, son of Gina Roese of Lindale and Ricky Smith of Van. The wedding will be held on Dec. 16, 2006 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Tyler.

Miss Cathey is the granddaughter of James and Dolores Molnari of Troup.

Miss Cathey is a graduate of Tomball High School and will graduate from the University of Texas at Tyler in December. She is employed by Eagle Cleaners in Whitehouse.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of Van High School and is employed by Pro One Automotive in Whitehouse.
