Frachiseur, Halladay to marry Dec. 2

Mr. and Mrs. Tony Frachiseur and Diana Frachiseur of Troup announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Frachiseur, to Mike Halladay, son of Chris Halladay of Boulder City, Nev., and Mike Halladay of Vancouver, Wash. The wedding will be held on Dec. 2 at First United Methodist Church in Troup.

Miss Frachiseur is a nursing student at Tyler Junior College and the University of Texas at Tyler.

Mr. Halladay is a student at Tyler Junior College and is employed by Southwestern Energy.
