Stuart Oliver Wells

Services for Stuart Oliver Wells, 21, Tyler, were held Nov. 13 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Tyler, with the Rev. Art Hill officiating. Additional services were held Nov. 15 at the chapel of Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, Amarillo, with Stephen Jennings officiating.

Burial was at the Boys Ranch Cemetery, Amarillo, under direction of Brooks Funeral Home, Canyon.

Mr. Wells was born Oct. 17, 1985, in Tyler. He graduated from Cal Farley's High School, Amarillo, and attended Tyler Junior College. He was a Baptist.

He was employed at Rannals Veterinarian Clinic in Whitehouse. Survivors include brothers, James Whitehurst, Longview and Scott Whitehurst, Tyler; grandparents, Bo and Lynda Shira, Whitehouse; great-grandparents, Melvin and Jessie Gromatzky, Chandler; and other relatives. Honorary pallbearers for the memorial in Tyler were Jeremy. Spencer, Orry Jones, David Eades, Jeff Kaminski, Melvin Gromatzky and Matt Heber.

Pallbearers for the service at Cal Farley's Boys Ranch were Stephen Jennings, Brandon Gareis, Clay Lytle, Tom Novak, Delbert Smith; Jim Chestnut, Jeremy Spencer, Orry Jones, David Eades and Matt Heber.
