Mae House Graveside services for Mrs. Eva Mae House, 96, of Tyler were held Nov. 27, at Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. John H. Beard officiating. Arrangements were under direction of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Directors. Mrs. House died Friday, Nov. 24, in Lindale. She was born Oct. 27, 1910, in Marshall to the late Charley and Alice Mitchell Kee. She lived in Tyler most of her life, was an employee of Montgomery Ward in the Cashier's Department, and was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney E. House; her brothers and sisters, D.L,. Kee, Myrtle House, Cecile House, Margaret Ross, John Kee, Ruby Kee and Grace Dodd; nephew, Charles House; and niece, Bernice Coggeshall. Survivors, include her nieces and nephews: D.L.'s son, Bill Kee of Whitehouse; Myrtle's daughters, Joyce Riggins of Longview, and Jean Hughes of Arlington; Cecile's daughter, Shirley Holey of Lindale; Margaret's daughters; Charlene Grant of Galveston; and Janet Sanders of Houston; and Grace's son; Brent Dodd, and daughter, Lisle Dodd, both of Houston.
