Jemima 'Jimmie' Conner

Graveside services for Jemima E. "Jimmie" Conner, 82, Tyler, were held Nov. 21 at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Von Dawson officiating under direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home, Tyler. Mrs. Conner died Nov. 19, in Tyler.

She was born Dec. 23, 1923, in Blytheville, Ark., to Dearl N. and Mary E. Goodrich Martin. She was a retired nurse after 20 years of employment with Medical and Surgical Clinic of Tyler and a member of Whitehouse United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by husband, John Owen Conner, and son, Scott Conner.

Survivors include son, Don Hinz, Whitehouse; daughter, Jill Conner, Tyler; sister, Dorothy Brogan, Tyler; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
