Patricia ‘Pat’ Self

Graveside services for Patricia “Pat” Self, 69, Whitehouse, were held Nov. 28 at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery with the Rev. John David Creamer officiating under direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Self died Nov. 26, in Tyler.

She was born Oct. 31, 1937, in Dallas to John O. and Marguerite Houghton Nolen. She was a Baptist and lived in Whitehouse for 16 years, moving from Duncanville.

Survivors include her husband, JW Self, Whitehouse; son, Donald Jay Self, Whitehouse; daughter, Kelly Jo Taylor, Crescent City, Calif.; brothers, Jerr y Nolen, Chandler, Bill Nolen, Weatherford; sister, Sybil Morgan, Rowlett, Molly Stevens, Carrollton; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
