Art instructor Pam Starkey and student Chelsea Hartman touch up their reproduction of the Troup Police Department’s insignia. Starkey and Hartman responded to Chief Pat Hendrix’s request and painted the logo on the wall of the police department facing Duval Street, where it is highly visible to the public. The TISD teacher and student donated their time and did the majority of the work over the Thanksgiving holiday.
