TROUP ELEMENTARY HAPPENINGS
Troup Elementary School Rewards Day Party for Kindergarten through fifth grade was held Friday, Dec. 15. Students went to Carmike Theatre and watched “Happy Feet,’ and afterwards had lunch at two parks, Bergfeld and Shiloh (pictured). This week was busy at Troup Elementary School. Monday through Friday, students had the chance to shop for gifts at the “Secret Santa Shop.” On Wednesday, the Gifted and Talented program students took a fieldtrip to Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches for a performance of “A Christmas Carol” by SFA College of Fine Arts and Children’s Performing Arts Series.
