Cats hold on against ‘Dogs
      The Whitehouse Wildcats played a solid three quarters last Tuesday night against rival Chapel Hill at home. The Bulldogs would make a strong fourth quarter comeback before coming up short to the Cats, 65-60. With the win, the Wildcats extended their season record to 13-1.

Lady Tigers win nail-biter over Raiders
      Troup withstood a fourthquarter charge to defeat the West Rusk Lady Raiders 37-35 Tuesday, Dec. 19. The win gave the Lady Tigers are 3-0 district start. The contest was close all the way, with Troup pulling slightly ahead in the third period, outscoring West Rusk 14-10.

Whitehouse JV lose at Nac
      The JV Lady Cats lost a tough one at Nacogdoches last week by the score of 39-28. The loss evens the JV’s record to 7-7 on the year and drops them to 1-2 in district. Haley Aldridge and Regan Hawkins would lead the Lady Cats in scoring with 10 each on the night.
