Cats undefeated in district play

The Whitehouse Wildcats remained undefeated in District 12-4A play last Friday night as they defeated Hallsville in an exciting game on the road, 48- 35.

Four players reached doubledigits in scoring to help the Wildcats (21-2) build an early lead and never look back.

Cade Clark led the way with 14 points while Luke Shivers added 11, and Mitch Marquis and Kyle Ford each contriubted 10 points on the night.

"We played really good tonight. Hallsville had some very athletic kids, but I thought our guys controlled the game," said Coach Wally Dawkins.

With the victory, the Wildcats pushed their district mark to 4- 0 headed into two consecutive home games against Henderson and Marshall.

The Wildcats will take on the Marshall Mavericks at Wildcat Arena tomorrow night at aproximately 7:30 following the freshman and JV games.
