Culpepper joins Dain Rauscher

TYLER - Bill Culpepper has joined RBC Dain Rauscher as a financial consultant in its Tyler office after completing a year and a half tour as a regional supervisor for LSI in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in economics. He and his wife Amy, a teacher and founding member of Giving Hope Ministry, along with their children, Brad, Josh, Chelsea, and Kelly, have resided in the area for the past 12 years.
They are members of First Baptist Church, Whitehouse. He is a former member of the Whitehouse ISD board of trustees and a past youth sports coach.
As a financial consultant, Culpepper helps individuals, businesses, churches, charitable organizations, and institutional clients create and implement comprehensive wealth management plans that focus on accumulating, protecting, and transferring wealth.
