What's Cookin'?
Nechelle's White Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 c. butter (softened)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. white chocolate
  chips
1 c. pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 350o. Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans. Put on a cookie sheet and cook them for 14 minutes or until light brown.

Yield: About 3 dozen cookies
