Cats stomp Bulldogs

The Whitehouse Wildcats remained unbeaten last Friday night as they defeated the Kilgore Bulldogs at Wildcat Arena, 74-44.

Kyle Ford and Brady Parker led the Wildcats in scoring with 20 points each, and Cade Clark added 10 in the win.

This game was decided early as the Wildcats shot the ball well pulling out to a 16-6 lead after the first quarter.

Little changed in the rest of the game as the Wildcats outscored the visitors from Kilgore in every quarter.

The win moves the Wildcats to 25-2 on the season and 8-0 in district play.

"I was pleased with the way we shot the ball the whole game," said Coach Wally Dawkins. "I was proud that our kids came out tonight and kept their focus and took care of business on our home court."

The Wildcats will play host to the Pine Tree Pirates tomorrow night immediately following the freshman and JV games.
