Lady Tigers 46, Elysian Fields 35

After two losses, Troup's varsity girls got back on track with a 46-35 win over the Yellow Jackets, improving their district mark to 8-4.

Junior Janna Ross had a big night, scoring 31 points, pulling in 17 rebounds and contributing 3 steals.

Other scorers were Lauren Worl with 6, Shunacee Stewart 4, Pockett Clark 3 and Abby Darden 2.

Next up for all Troup teams is a road trip to Timpson to take on the Bears tomorrown night, with JV beginning at 5 p.m.
