Whitehouse junior William Seal has earned the numberone ranking for bull riders in the 4 States Division of theHigh School Rodeo Association. The son of Ben and JanSeal, William took the top spot in December when hescored an 83 at a rodeo in Marshall. William hasparticipated in 12 rodeos since September, earning twofirst places, three seconds and three thirds (the rest werebuck-offs). Over the Thanksgiving holidays, Williamattended a three-day bull-riding school in Henryetta, Okla.,conducted by two-time world champion Terry Don West,the last person to ride the legendary bull Bodacious. Nextup for William is his first United Pro Rodeo Associationevent, scheduled for the first weekend in March in SulphurSprings. In the top photo, Williams is shown with TerryDon West.
