Nechelle's Sopapilla Cream cheesecake
A sweet treat for your Valentine

2 cans crescent rolls
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 tsp. cinnamon

Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer bottom of dish with 1 can of crescent rolls. Pinch seams together. Mix 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth and creamy; spread over crescent rolls. Place other can of crescent rolls on top of the cream cheese mixture and pinch seams together. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 stick butter together (do not melt butter). The mixture should be crumbly. Sprinkle over crescent rolls and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350o for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
