JV, freshmen defeat Pirates

The Wildcat JV & freshman squads picked up wins last Friday night at Wildcat Arena over Pine Tree. The JV kept its undefeated district mark intact with a 42-29 victory.

As has been the case for most of the season, balanced scoring was the trademark for the Wildcats as Justin Kellar and Blake Anglin led the Wildcats with 10 each followed by Seth Cashion with 9.

The freshmen avenged a first round loss to the Pirates, picking up a 39-36 victory.

Logan Taylor paced the Wildcats with 14 points, followed by Skip Caldwell with 9 and Jace Ainsworth with 7.
