WH frosh, JV split with Jac

The Whitehouse JV & freshman teams were on the road last Tuesday as they traveled to Jacksonville to take on the Indians.

The JV game turned into a blow out as the Wildcats built a 25-7 lead at the half and then had a 20-3 third-quarter run to scalp the Indians, 55-24.

Bart Henderson and Brady Attaway led the way in scoring with 12 points each on a night that saw 11 different players get in the scoring column.

The freshman were not as fortunate as they came up short in a hard fought battle with a score of 38-35.

A poor performance from the line (4-13) proved to be too much to overcome for the Wildcats.

Skip Caldwell provided the scoring punch for Whitehouse with 10 points followed by Jace Ainsworth with 6 and Payton Smith with 5.
