8th grade boys roll at home

The Wildcat 8th grade basketball teams picked up wins at home last week as they knocked off the visitors from Nacogdoches Moses.

In the first game, the "B" team used a 6-0 run in the third quarter to pick up a 26-19 win.

Austin Moore would lead the way in scoring with 7 points followed by Jonathan Parker with 4.

In the "A" game, the Wildcats would bounce back from their closest game of the year the prior week in Jacksonville to trounce Moses by a score of 53- 7.

This game was over early as a 16-1 second quarter run would build the insurmountable lead.

Quincy Aldridge would pace the Wildcats in scoring with 17 points followed by Logan Newton with 10, and both Preston Conder and Conner Cashion with 6.
