Wildcat boys win district

The Whitehouse 8th grade finished out the regular season Monday night as they traveled to Pine Tree to take on the Pirates.

In the "B" game, the Wildcats would take a close one as they would squeak out a 19-17 win as Simon Webb and Cameron Varing would lead the way with 4 points each.

The "A" team would cap off an undefeated regular season by defeating the Pirates by a score of 41-24.

Conner Cashion would lead the way in scoring with 12 points followed by Quincy Aldridge with 11 and Trey Metoyer with 9.

The win gives the Wildcats the district season crown and Whitehouse will play host to the season ending tournament beginning tonight at C.L. Nix Gymnasium and finishing on Saturday at Wildcat Arena.
