Soccer teams score victories over Hallsville
      Whitehouse 1, Hallsville 0 Tuesday night's District 17- 4A soccer action brought another win to the Wildcats with Eric O'Neill and Paul Metzner scoring two shootout goals. The winning goal was scored by Justin Parker improving the Wildcats' record to 10-3-2 overall and 4-1 in district play.

Seventh-grade Tigers win district
      Troup's seventh-grade boys defeated West Rusk, 39-21, Feb. 12 and claimed the district championship with an 11-1 record. Scorers for Troup were Carson Clark with 19, Kiki Shanks 12, Kirby Lyons 4, Dylan Goar 2 and Will Langston 2. In the eighth-grade contest, West Rusk prevailed 47-31.

      The junior "Dynamic Duo" if you will, of 6'6 Postman Cade Clark and 6'4 Guard Kyle Ford continues to pace the Whitehouse Wildcats this 2006- 2007 season. The Wildcats, currently 30-2 on the season and 13-0 in District 12-AAAA platy, rely heavily on the inside-outside punch of Clark and Ford.
