'B' team ends year at 8-5

The "B" team started their tournament Thursday night against Nacogdoches and defeated the Dragons, 41-36. Garrett Clark would lead the way in scoring for the Wildcats with 13 points while Austin Moore added 9 points for the night.

With the win, the "B" team moved into a semifinal match-up with Jacksonville on Saturday.

The Braves jumped on the Wildcats early building a 26-8 lead at the half. Unlike the "A" team, there would not be a comeback in this game as Jacksonville continued to roll in the second half on their way to a 39-20 win over Whitehouse.

Ryan Ralson and Cameron Varing provided most of the scoring punch for the Wildcats with 6 points each.

The "B" team finished the year with an overall record of 8-5.
