Representing Whitehouse High School, junior William Seal continues to lead the 4 States High School Rodeo Association's bull-riding competition. On Saturday, Feb. 3, Seal won the Marshall rodeo with an 87 score, extending his circuit points to 85.5 with the nearest competitor at 61 points. Seal will compete this Saturday in Sulphur Springs.
