BOBCAT BADGES
Troup Tiger Cub Scouts #0375 were presented their "Bobcat" badges by John Moring, Three Rivers executive director from Tyler, at a reception held Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the First United Methodist Church in Troup, where they hold weekly Tiger Cubs (firstgraders) meetings.
