TROOP 359 SERVES PANCAKES
Boy Scouts from Troop 359 expressed appreciation to the Whitehouse United Methodist Church by preparing breakfast for the congregation in honor of Scout Sunday, Feb. 11. More than 30 scouts and leaders gathered bright and early in the church kitchen to cook pounds of sausage and stacks of pancakes. Scoutmaster Charles Parker suggested the troop "practice" by cooking pancakes for themselves. Practice did make perfect as the scouts were soon flipping light, fluffy pancakes. Troop 359 meets at the WUMC every Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.
