Tickets on sale for TJC production

Tickets are on sale for Tyler Junior College's spring musical, Disney's "Beauty and the Beast."

The production runs Wednesday, Feb. 28, through Saturday, March 3, in Wise Auditorium on the TJC main campus. Evening performances are 7:30 p.m., with a 2 p.m. Saturday matinee.

Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. To reserve a ticket, patrons can call 903-510-2212 or stop by the box office located in the Wise Cultural Arts building located east of Jenkins Hall. The box office is in the foyer, across the hall from the Jean Browne Theatre. All tickets are $5. Reservations are urged due to the huge popularity and interest in this year's musical.

Stage direction is by Rebecca Faulds, music direction is by Dr. Cheryl Rogers and choreography by Jennifer Bailey. Originally an animated Disney feature film and later turned into a stage musical, "Beauty and the Beast" is currently experiencing a long run on Broadway and is touring the country.
