The parents of Tonya Kay Porter and Matthew Blake Brandon-Langley, both of Lindale, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage on March 24, 2007. Tonya is the daughter of Gary and Teresa Watson of Sweetwater. Matthew's parents are Mark and Mary Ann Brandon of Whitehouse and Greg and Stephanie Langley of Noonday. The bride-to-be attended Cisco Junior College and graduated from South Plains College. She works as a surgical tech with East Texas Medical Center. The future bridegroom graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, attended Texas Tech University and graduated from Kilgore College Fire Academy and Tyler Junior College Paramedic School. He is employed as a firefighter/paramedic for the City of Longview. Tonya and Matthew will exchange vows at Lanes Chapel United Methodist Church in Tyler.
