The East Texas Spirit Travel Team consisting of Brittany Millican, Brittany Sullivan, Sarah Guillory, Taylor Estes, Whitney Gill, Melissa Camp, Maddie Fraser, Kelli Hill, Abby Hubley, Shelby Rozell, Danica Saxon and Charity Shipman competed in the Lonestar Soccer Club Girls Showcase event in Austin.

They lost their first game to the Division I, North Texas Strikers but bounced back and beat two incredible teams. They won 1-0 with a goal from Shelby Rozell against the Texas Premier, a league standout.

On Sunday they played against the Lonestar 91 team which just came back from a trip to Mexico, and also has a national team player and a reserve playing for them. Taylor Estes scored the game's only goal and secured the win.

The girls played in front of dozens of top college coaches and made quite the impression. "I had tons of compliments on our girls' performance. Every single girl on our squad played hard and got attention. I am confident we will be able to get all of these girls into a college program," said Stefani Webb, director of coaches for the ET Spirit.
