Don Wamble

Don Wamble entered into The Church Triumphant on March 1. He was born Oct. 2, 1934.

Don was a faithful member of Aldersgate United Methodist in Jackson, Tenn. Don was retired from the U.S. Air Force having served 23 years. He earned the Bronze Star and the Vietnam Service Medals. Don was stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls after being stationed in Fuchu, Japan.

Don is survived by his wife, Barbara June Winslow Wamble; three sons, William A. Wamble and wife Dana of Hardinsburg, Ky., Mark A. Wamble and wife Sylvia of Troup and David K. Wamble and wife Tina of Byers. Don is also survived by stepson Chris Swindle and his wife Tina of Corinth, Miss. He has several grandchildren: Wade Wamble, Luke Wamble, Aaron Wamble, Adam Wamble, Elizabeth Wamble and Melissa Wamble.
