What's Cookin'?
Broccoli & Grape Salad

4 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 c. seedless red grapes,
halved
1/2 c. sugar

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2/3 c. sliced almonds
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
and crumbled
Mix broccoli, celery, onion and grapes together in large bowl. In small bowl, mix mayo and vinegar. Pour over broccoli and toss. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add almonds and bacon.
