1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
(dry)
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. Doritos chips,
finely crushed
2 Tbsp. picante sauce
1 c. cheddar cheese
shredded
Preheat oven to 375o. Mix together first 3 ingredients and mold into mini muffin pans as you would pastry shell. Stir together sour cream, chips and picante sauce. Spoon into uncooked meat shell. Top with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Can be frozen and reheated in microwave. Yield: 36 tartlets.
