Parkinsonians of East Texas meeting

Parkinsonians of East Texas will meet Thursday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at East Texas Medical Center Pavilion, 801 Clinic Dr., Tyler. Joyce Shutt will be speaking on "Good food for better health." Parking is free for the meeting.

Troup Rotary Pancake Supper tonight

The Troup Rotary Club is hosting their annual pancake supper Thursday, March 22 from 5-7 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church fellowship hall. Adults eat for $4, children $2 and the family cost is $10. For more information call Joe McElroy at 903-842-2398 or David Wilson at 903-842-4442.

Tyler Aggie Mom's Club meeting

The Tyler Aggie Mom's Club will meet Thursday, March 22 at 6:30 p.m. at Pollard Methodist Church in Tyler. Bring scissors, hot glue guns, and sewing machines to help with the many projects underway for the annual Aggie Mom's Boutique. Contact Janice at 903-839-8202 for more information.

KWB meeting Friday

Keep Whitehouse Beautiful will meet 11 a.m. March 23 at the First Assembly of God Church in Whitehouse. Anyone is welcome.

Clean Whitehouse Day set

Clean Whitehouse Day is set for Saturday, March 24. This is a semiannual event for disposal of items not suitable for regular recycle day. If you don't need it…DON'T DUMP IT!

WWCL Easter Egg Hunt set

The Whitehouse Women's Civic League will host their annual Easter Egg Hunt in City Park on Saturday, March 31 at 11 a.m. Children up through third grade will have the opportunity to scavenger for hundreds of eggs including special eggs that will win them a prize basket.

East Texas Writers Guild will meet

The East Texas Writers Guild will meet Monday, April 2 at The Texas Book Store in Bullard. The business meeting is at 6:30 p.m. and the program will start at 7 p.m. Speakers Cindy Daniel and Robin Cieszinski will discuss "True Lies... Making a Transition from Novel to Nonfiction."

Troup Athletic Boosters will meet Monday, March 26 at 7 p.m. in the THS teacher's lounge.

WHS Prom planning meeting

All junior parents and students are asked to attend this planning meeting for the Whitehouse Jr/Sr Prom. The meeting is in the lecture hall on Thursday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m.

WJHS sets date for spring pictures

Whitehouse Junior High students, mark your calendars. Spring pictures will be taken March 30.

WHS Class of 1997 plans reunion

The Whitehouse High School Class of 1997 is seeking contact information for their upcoming 10 year reunion. Anyone who graduated from WHS in 1997 or those with information on 1997 grads, please send that contact information to whsclassof97@gmail.com.
