The Lady Cats traveled to Marshall during Spring Break to finish their district games.

The scoring started early in the first half with Lindsay Pritchard taking the ball into the goal. Heather Lofties scored the second goal of the first half with an assist from Pritchard.

The second half had an unassisted goal by Elissa Parker. Pritchard scored on a header and Kelli Hill made an unassisted goal. The defense, consisting of Brittany Millican, Jordon Jackson, Kayla Mason and Melissa Camp, did another phenomenal job of defending the goal and allowed only one shot by Marshall.

Lofties scored her second goal with an assist from Hill to end the game with a final score of 6-0, ending district for the girls with a perfect 14-0 mark -- the fifth consecutive year they have defeated all their district opponents (a 64-0 record) -- and giving them a 21-2-1 overall record.

The district champs have a bye for the first round of the playoffs. They will play their first playoff game on March 26 or 27. The team they will play will be determined Friday night.

In marching to their perfect district mark, the Lady Cats outscored their conference opponents 77 to 5.
