What's Cookin'?
Gooey Praline Monkey Bread
3 cans biscuits
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter,
melted
1 c. chopped pecans,
divided
Preheat oven to 350o. Grease bundt pan and sprinkle heavily with pecan pieces. Cut biscuits into fourths. Mix sugars and cinnamon. Quickly dredge biscuits in butter, then sugar mixture. Layer in pan with pecans. Mix leftover butter and sugar mixture together and pour over biscuits in pan. Bake about 45 to 50 minutes, checking for doneness. Cook longer if needed. Slice like a cake or pick apart.
