Ken Minser
Services for Ken Minser, 69, of Whitehouse were held April 3 at Lloyd James Funeral Home chapel, Tyler with Dr. Shawn Corzine officiating.

Burial was in Cathedral in the Pines.

Mr. Minser died March 30, 2007 in Tyler.

He was born Dec. 12, 1937 in Spaulding, Ill. to the late Kenneth and Thelma Greenan Minser. He served in the Navy, was a painter and a Baptist. He lived in Whitehouse since 1979 and was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Minser in 1987; son, Kenny Minser Jr. in 1982; and sisters, Thelma Pibble and Mary Baptist.

Survivors include son, Keith Minser, Whitehouse; sister, Irene Arnold, Springfield, Ill.; two grandchildren; one great-grandson; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers were Scott Martin, Rob Trimble, Josh Law, Richard Stine, Bob Cox and Stephen Harvey.
