Robe, Starkey to wed

The engagement of Jennifer Robe and Rich Starkey, both of Elkins, Ark., has been announced.

The bride-elect, daughter of Carole Robe of Ash Flat, Ark., is a graduate of Highland High School, and the University of Arkansas. She is employed by Tyson Foods Corporate Laboratory as a microbiologist in Springdale, Ark.

The future groom, son of Harold and Shirley Starkey of Tyler and Mike and Susan Small of Deptford, N.J., is a graduate of Whitehouse High School. He served in the United States Air Force and is currently employed at ENCO Materials in Springdale, Ark., as a warehouse supervisor.

The wedding is scheduled for Aug. 11 at St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church in Horseshoe Bend, Ark.
