8th grade boys take first place

Whitehouse's eighth grade boys track team won the conference title last week, finishing with 142 total points at the district track meet.

The title marks the third this year for the boys athletic program, as the eighth grade football and basketball teams also claimed district championships.

Results of the district track meet are as follows:
