Walton, Cates to wed

Dana Walton and Kyle Cates

The engagement of Dana Marie Walton and Kyle William Cates has been announced.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Bob and Patty Walton. She graduated from Whitehouse High School and Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. Dana is employed as a loan officer and real estate agent in Tyler.

The future groom is the son of David and Carleta Cates. He is a graduate of Pine Tree High School and attended Tyler Junior College and Texas Tech University. He is employed as an insurance agent with Bankers Life and Casualty Company.

The couple plans to wed June 1, 2007 at Villa di Felicita in Tyler.
