UT Tyler juried student art exhibition opens

Work by The University of Texas at Tyler art students will be displayed in an upcoming annual exhibition, according to Ray Sikes, UT Tyler Meadows Gallery media coordinator. The 2007 Best of the Best: Juried Student Exhibition will run April 30 through Aug. 3 at the UT Tyler Meadows Gallery. An opening reception will take place 6-7:30 p.m. May 4. The UT Tyler art faculty invited all art students to provide twoand three-dimensional pieces to be juried for the exhibition. Work by UT Tyler art students Michael Stephen, Teresa Moralez, Tracy O'Daniel and Jeff Huff was selected. The public is invited to attend the exhibition.
