Whitehouse High School art students practiced theircraft outdoors this week, creating "Masterpieces onthe Sidewalk." The students participate in this eventeach spring to celebrate National Youth Art Month,said instructor Christine Killian. The event is usuallyin March, but was rained out this year. "The kids lookforward to this project every year. They pick fromstacks of works of famous or well-know artists andduplicate the works on the sidewalk," said Mrs.Killian. Working above is Allen Stone.
