Kenneth H. Land

HENRIETTA - Kenneth H. Land, 73, of Henrietta, Texas, was called home May 2, 2007 in Henrietta.

Funeral services were May 7 at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Henrietta with Rev. Terry Grace, Pastor of the Lake Arrowhead Baptist Church, Lake Arrowhead officiating. Burial was in the Hope Cemeter y in Henrietta under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.

Mr. Land was born Oct. 4, 1933 in Grandfield, Okla. He graduated from Loveland, Okla. in 1952. He was a retired civil engineer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Sam Land; brother, Gene Land and sister, Wandene Lee.

Survivors include his mother, Janie Land; two sisters, Elda Greathead and Veldene Larson; five daughters, Kenya Meacham and husband David, Kathy Heath and husband Marty, Karon Williams, Kellie Marsh and husband Jerrill, Hilda Ness and husband Dudley; ten grandchildren, Kody Meacham, Kris, Kassy & Kory French, Josh Williams, John Taylor, Ashly and Kenneth Marsh, Anthony & K'Leigh Bryan; and 13 great-grandchildren.
