What's Cookin'?
Easy Chicken Salad

2 large cans cooked chicken
1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
1 c. or less mayo
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed
pineapple, drained

2 to 3 Tbsp. sweet
jalapeno slices,
chopped
3 green onions,
chopped
Drain liquid from chicken and shred with fork. Add celery, nuts, pineapple, jalapeno and onion. MIx all ingredients. Serve with crackers, on bread, roll or on celery..
