Partida earns scholarship from Ouachita Baptist

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - Sarah Partida of Whitehouse was recently selected to receive a Ouachita Scholars Award from Ouachita Baptist University.
The Ouachita Scholars program seeks to award incoming students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance. The scholarship is renewable for four years and is awarded based on a high level of academic achievement and standardized tests scores.
Par tida is a senior at Whitehouse High School. She is the daughter of Marty and Susan Partida of Whitehouse.
Ouachita Baptist University is a church-related, liberal arts university whose aims are to meet the educational needs of students and to prepare them for places of leadership and service. Located in central Arkansas, Ouachita offers over 60 programs of study, with an 11:1 student to faculty ratio.
