Thu (31): Smothered chicken scalloped potatoes, seasoned carrots, wheat bread, fresh fruit. Fri (1): Chicken salad on lettuce, tomato wedges, spiral pasta salad, crackers and fruit salad. Mon (4): Chicken breast fritters, mashed potatoes, seasoned carrots, rolls, pears. Tue (5): Chicken fried steak, broccoli/cheese sauce, fried squash, bread, cookies. Wed (6): Fried chicken, cream corn, green beans, roll peaches. Thu (7): Meatloaf, crowder peas, boiled cabbage, cornbread, pudding.
