Whitehouse PD 'test drives' Kawasaki Mule

The Whitehouse Police Department received a Kawasaki Mule Utility Vehicle from Good Time Cycle Co. in Tyler.

This is part of a loaner program from Kawasaki, which consists of the police department being able to utilize the use of the Kawasaki Mule for 335 days at no cost.

At the end of the 335 days, the vehicle will be returned to Good Time Cycle Co. or can be purchased at a discount price.

Because of this program from Kawasaki and Good Time Cycle Co., the police department and the community will benefit from its use at a minimal operational cost.

The vehicle will be utilized by the police department for parades, ballgames, as well as looking for lost children, violators at large and many other functions.
