Millie Dee Bobo

Graveside services for Millie Dee Roderick Bobo, 89, were held June 12 at the Pecan Gap Cemetery with Bro. Glenn Renfro officiating. Services were under direction of Earnheart Funeral Home in Whitewright where visitation was held before the burial service.

She was born on Sept. 14, 1917 in Pecan Gap and died June 8, 2007 in a Troup nursing home.

Mrs. Bobo was preceded in death by husbands Roy Leon Coney and Forrest F. Bobo; son Dr. Bill Coney; step-daughters Rita Sullins, Rose Ann Flachman; step-son, Donald F. Bobo; one greatgrandson; 4 sisters; and 4 brothers.

She is survived by sons Charles Coney of Bay City, Elam Coney and wife Mary Anne of Troup, and James Bobo of Mesquite; two sisters, Lucile Jenkins of Arlington and Ruby Deathridge of Commerce; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Grandchildren served as pallbearers.
