Hilltop CC posts scramble results

Shooting eight-under par, the team of Jimmy Malik, Cory Caraway, Brian Clements, Kevin Bruney, M.A. Ghene and Johnny Holcomb took top honors in the Thursday afternoon scramble at Hilltop Country Club.

In second place, at seven-under, were Cody Caraway, Joe Houghton, Greg Hulsey, Bill Luce, Andy Jarvis and Armour Hayes.

The team of John O'Berg, Jonathan Hill, Drew Dresser, Billy Cromer and Sam K.D. shot five-under to take third place.

Shooting closest to the hole were Luce on two and six and Bruney on eight.
