Hunters ed course Aug. 7-8

Hunting season will be here before you know it. Cherokee County Farm Bureau is sponsoring a Hunters Education course on Aug. 7-8. This is a twoday course from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. with lunch provided.

There will need to be a minimum of 15 people to hold the class, and the minimum age is 12 as of Aug. 7, 2007. If you are going to hunt out of state you will need hunters education. The class will be held at Rusk High School and taught by the Ag Science Department. Cost is $15 per person. Please RSVP by July 31 to Rhonda Robinson at 903-683-2576.
