Leader adds 3 racks
      Readers of the Tri County Leader will now have the opportunity to pick up a copy of the newspaper at three new rack locations. Beginning this week, new stands are available at 4 Oakes Restaurant in Troup, the Whitehouse Post Office and Mr. J's Convenience Store in south Tyler.
